Current User Flow

• Host: Pick card design → customize text → when & where & Who → send e-mail → See the list and responses
• Invitees: receive e-mail → Link to invitation web page → Response

Hypothesis

• People are bothered by how impersonal online invitations feel
• More interactions between hosts and guests will lead to a better overall experience

Archive

• The only way that a guest can respond is through clicking on one of the buttons (i.e., he can not choose to directly reply to the e-mail, in which case the host won't be able to see the reply)
• A collection of invitation letter templates that can be customized and assigned to differet guest groups (colleagues, classmates, friends, families, etc.)
